Frequently asked questions
Can older guests manage it?
Yes. There’s no app and no account – scan the QR code or open the link, write, send. Anyone without a smartphone can simply use another guest’s phone.
Can we set it up as a surprise for the couple?
Yes. Children, grandchildren or friends create the book and send the link round in advance. Set the entries to private so only you see them – then hand over the PDF or printed book on the day.
Does it work for a company or club anniversary?
Yes. Put the QR poster at the entrance or on the notice board and send the link to staff, members and partners. Simply adjust the questions, for example “Member since?”.
How many guests can sign it?
As many as you like – even the free plan has no limit on entries.
Who can see the entries?
You decide. Either all guests see the entries on a pinboard, or they stay private and only you see them.
Can guests change their entry later?
Yes. After sending, guests get a link to edit their entry later – handy for adding an old photo afterwards.
