Frequently asked questions
Is this a yearbook layout tool?
No. Pagefully is an entry book: everyone answers the same questions and adds a photo, and you get a PDF with one entry per page. It doesn’t do free page layouts, collages or superlatives polls.
Does everyone need an app or an account?
No. Classmates scan the QR code or open the link and write right in the browser. Only the person who creates and manages the book signs in.
How many people can sign it?
As many as you like – even the free plan has no limit on entries, so a whole graduating class fits in one book.
One book for the class or one for each person?
Both work. For a shared book, one person creates it. If everyone wants their own, each person creates a book with their own account – the free plan includes up to 3 books per account.
Who can see the entries?
You decide. Either everyone sees the entries on a pinboard, or they stay private and only you see them.
Can we get it printed?
Yes. Download a print-ready PDF (A5, one entry per page) and order it from any photo book service. Pagefully doesn’t print books itself.
Can people change their entry later?
Yes. After sending, each person gets a link to edit their own entry later.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant. Pagefully is made in Austria and shows no ads.
