Does everyone on the trip need an app or an account?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code and write right in the browser. Only whoever manages the book signs in.
Can one person add several entries?
Yes, there’s no limit on entries. If someone wants to log every day of the trip, they just add a new entry each day.
Does it work for a school trip?
Yes. The teacher creates the book and shares the link with the class. Entries can stay private, so only you see them before you share the PDF.
Can we use it as a guest book for our holiday rental?
Yes. Put up the QR poster and guests sign from their phones. Questions like “Where are you from?” and “Insider tip” already fit.
