Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link and write right in the browser. Only you sign in to manage the book.
Which occasions does it work for?
Almost anywhere people get together: parties, club and company events, holiday lets, cafés or exhibitions. For weddings, birthdays, christenings, anniversaries and New Year’s Eve there are dedicated templates with fitting questions, too.
Can I use it long-term, say in a holiday let?
Yes. The book stays open as long as you like. Put the QR poster up in the flat – every guest can sign, leave a rating and upload a holiday photo.
How many guests can sign it?
As many as you like – even the free plan has no limit on entries.
Who can see the entries?
You decide. Either all guests see the entries on a pinboard, or they stay private and only you see them.
Can guests sign anonymously?
Yes, if you allow it. Make the name field optional and entries without a name are possible.
Can guests change their entry later?
Yes. After sending, guests get a link to edit their entry later.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant. Pagefully is made in Austria and shows no ads.
