What does it cost?

Frequently asked questions
Do employees or guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link and write right in the browser. Only whoever manages the book signs in – with Google, Facebook or email.
Is there a limit on attendees?
No. Even on the free plan, any number of people can sign the book.
Can entries stay private?
Yes. You choose whether entries appear on a pinboard for everyone or only you can see them. For client events or personal messages, private is often the better fit.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Pagefully is made in Austria and shows no ads. Guests don’t create an account.
Can we change the questions for a client event or trade fair?
Yes. Rename, delete or add any field – even after the book is live. Field types include text, photo, date and selection lists.
Can the guest book close after the party?
Yes. Close it by hand or set a date and time for it to close automatically – say, the morning after the holiday party.
Some colleagues speak German – does that work?
Yes. You choose the book’s language (English or German) when you create it; the guest pages appear fully in that language.
Can we print the guest book?
Yes. Download a print-ready PDF (A5, one entry per page) and order it from any photo book service – or print the regular PDF yourself.
